Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Robert Welch® packaging and ensure they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
